Farm Daily Stretching and Conditioning Workout

We are happy to share this empowering and recharging energy class that involves stretching, flexibility and overall body conditioning exercises.

 

In our farm the daily routine of watering plants, moving hoses around, planting trees, moving or lifting compost, mulch, manure keeps our whole cardiovascular system in constant activity, happy and healthy. We should remember that the only organ of our entire body which never stops is our heart so we should be taking good care of it by helping it to keep it strong, vital and happy day after day. A good organic plant based diet as well as a good source of protein, minerals and vitamins will definitely help in that purpose. Also it is important to maintain a daily routine of interaction with nature and water. The regular practice of any type of yoga, stretching exercises or meditation will also tremendously help in achieving that. All these habits will help us to keep our overall health in good shape. 

 

This class will help you get a basic body warm up that will help in building muscle, and increasing flexibility, strength and endurance to achieve your overall well being in order.

Class instructor is Yadira Soler. Yadira is a professional personal trainer and gymnast who competed for her country of Columbia and won championships. She also runs our farm nursery and loves the earth and people! We are really fortunate to have her!
